How to register a team

It will be great to have you and your team participating in the Central Otago Relay For Life 2009 event

To register your team, click on the PDF icon and download the Team Registration Form

Your team will not be officially registered until you complete the Team Registration Form and your entry of $100 per team for 10 members is paid.
Additional members need to pay $10 each as they register.
