How to register a team
It will be great to have you and your team participating in the Dunedin Relay For Life 2009 event
To register your team, click on the PDF icon and download the Team Registration Form
Your team will not be officially registered until you complete the Team Registration Form and your entry of $100 per team for 10 members is paid. Additional members need to pay $10 each as they register.
You can register online or at the Dunedin Cancer Society Office [see details below].
You can register your team at the Cancer Society Office on Great King St, opposite the Dental School
between: 9am – 4.30pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
Tuesday 10am – 4.30pm
All cheques must be made out to the Cancer Society of New Zealand
